Sample Request for Items Missing from an order
After a long wait, there is nothing worse than discovering that some of the things in your order have been left out. If this is the case, it is most likely due to an error made by the person responsible for choosing and packaging the order.
However, if you find a deficiency, you must immediately contact the firm responsible, indicating what is missing and requesting a replacement. Your order will be more easily identified if you snap a picture of the package’s label, including your invoice or packing number.

We attach the order details together with this letter and we also include a picture of the box and the items inside it. We would be grateful if you would supply us with the missing item as quickly as possible.
