Tenancy Agreement Letter

Considering both the landlord and the tenant, the tenancy agreement includes a rent and lease report. An agreement to rent a home or business frequently contains one of these.

The original copy of the tenancy agreement should be handed to the landlord before beginning the lease. Even if a deal isn’t in writing, the Residential Tenancies Act still applies. As a result, even if the agreement isn’t written, neither party can evade their legal duties.

The terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement should be thoroughly read and understood before signing. If there is anything in the deal that you do not understand, you should seek the advice of a specialist.

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to give legality to the agreement to lease out my land for your use for the next five years starting from Dec 2013 to Dec 31, 2018. For this, the terms and conditions will have to be made clear. You will be entitled to its use only, and there will not be any claim to its ownership. You can do paddy cultivation there as per the agreement, and as the first party to the agreement, I have no claim to any product you obtain from the land being leased out to you.

As per the agreement mutually agreed upon, the land is being leased out on a contract charge of Rs 5 lakhs per year, and you are decided to pay a one-year advance amount of Rs 5 lakhs in advance before handing over the land to you. As per the agreement, other than the ownership of the land, I have nothing to say about the land and you are rendered the full right to use it for the paddy cultivation or any cultivation for that matter that has the proper legal approval from the government.

The subsequent year also the lease amount should be paid one year in advance, i.e., before 31st December of each year. If you have any doubts regarding the clauses and provisions added and included in the legal agreement, please feel free to contact me for further assistance. Or if you are comfortable with the provisions of the draft, please sign in the spaces provided blow as a token of approval from your side.
