Anna was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, after her parents moved the family from Cleveland, Ohio in the late 1970s. As a teenager, she discovered acting in a drama class at the Santa Fe Preparatory School and had the good fortune to train with two formidable Actor’s Studio professors. She pursued her education and training at Northwestern University’s prestigious theatre school, where she was given a coveted scholarship in her junior year. Anna spent a semester at Northwestern studying with the British American Drama Academy, where she had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the school’s final project at the renowned Royal Court Theatre in London.

Anna has seamlessly transitioned between television, film, and theatre.
